At the Mini Gym our goal is to help children attain these qualities while building better athletes.

9 months to 6 years
Toddler/parent class (9mo-2yo): build muscle density, strength, balance and coordination in a non-competitive environment that helps the toddler gain self-confidence.
Toddler gymnastics: (3-4yo) give beginning athletes a safe and inspiring space to direct their energy while building self-confidence, learn body awareness, coordination, strength, flexibility, and develop key gymnastics skills.
Pre-school gymnastics (5-6yo): provides the perfect environment where preschoolers can develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence while they crawl, climb, tumble, jump, leap, balance, flip and swing safely.
4 years to 5 years
Our Gladiator class is perfect for your high energy preschooler with a focus on strength, agility, flexibility, and balance.
This 40-minute circuit based class will have your young athlete building confidence and body awareness while working on listening skills and making friends.

Welcome to the Mini Gym, located in the back of the Copper Dog building. We use sports to help children develop physical skills, get exercise, make friends, have fun, learn teamwork, learn to play fair, and improve self-esteem. Our goal is to give our students the skills, experience, and confidence they need in order to become successful adults.
