Class Description

By invitation only! This class focuses on USAG skills, drills, and techniques that will get your athlete ready for competition as a gymnast. Straight legs, pointed toes, strength, flexibility and great body awareness are the goals for this class. If you have a gymnast you would like to be considered for this class, please contact us!
