Class Description

Gymnastics provides the perfect environment where your preschooler can develop strength, flexibility and coordination in a fun and safe environment. We focus on terms, drills and techniques that will introduce your 5 and 6 year old athlete to basic gymnastics skills such as rolls, cartwheels, handstands and bridges in a progressive circuit that changes weekly.
