Class Description
Our Toddler classes offer athletes a safe and inspiring space to direct their energy while they build self-confidence, learn body awareness, coordination, strength, flexibility, and develop key gymnastics skills – jumps, rolls, handstands, cartwheels, swings, balancing on the beam and more. Toddlers practice listening and following directions as well as interaction with other kids in classes that are full of fun. Our weekly sign language word, colors, numbers and shapes enhance your child’s educational experience. This 40 minute class is for 3 and 4 year old toddlers. Your toddler should be able to participate independently with their instructor, but parents are required to stay in the building.
